Parking is limited. Get to Greenfair the green way…VTA!
The main Convention Center parking garage located at 408 South Almaden Blvd. or 350 South Market Street. The current rate is $1.00 per 20 minutes up to $18.00 per day maximum. After 6:00 pm and on weekends the rate is .50 per 20 minutes up to a $10 per day maximum.

VTA Light Rail
The Valley Transportation Authority Light Rail routes Alum Rock-Santa Teresa and Mountain View-Winchester both stop directly in front of the San Jose Convention Center.

Caltrain
Take Caltrain down the Peninsula and exit at the San Jose Diridion station. From there you can either take the VTA Light Rail or walk to the San Jose Convention Center.

Capitol Corridor
Capitol Corridor also stops at the San Jose Diridion station. From there you can either take the VTA Light Rail or walk to the San Jose Convention Center.

While we strongly encourage taking public transportation, walking, or riding your bike, if you must drive, please carpool!
If you bring your VTA ticket, Caltrain ticket, Capital Corridor ticket, or bicycle helmet when you register, you will receive $5 the price of admission. VTA and Caltrain tickets must be dated the same day as admission date.
280 Southbound: From San Francisco, Redwood City, Los Altos
- 280 South to 7th Street exit towards CA-82
- Merge onto East Virginia Street
- Turn right at S. 1st Street
- Continue onto South Market Street (stay left at fork)
- Convention center parking will be on your left
101 Southbound: From San Francisco, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale
- 101 South to 87 South/Guadalupe Parkway
- Take the Park Avenue exit towards CA-82/San Carlos Street
- Merge onto Delmas Avenue
- Turn left at W San Carlos Street
- Turn right at South Market Street
- Convention center parking will be on your right
880 Southbound: From Oakland, Hayward, Fremont
- 880 South to 101 South
- 101 South to 280 North
- Take the 7th Street exit towards CA-82
- Merge onto Margaret Way
- Turn left at E Reed Street
- Turn right at S 1st Street/S Market Street (stay left at fork)
- Convention center parking will be on your left
680 Southbound: From Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Fremont
- 680 South until it becomes 280 North (just after the 101 interchange)
- Take the 7th Street exit towards CA-82
- Merge onto Margaret Way
- Turn left at E Reed Street
- Turn right at S 1st Street/S Market Street (stay left at fork)
- Convention center parking will be on your left
17 Northbound: From Santa Cruz, Los Gatos
- 17 North to 280 South to the 7th Street exit towards CA-82
- Take 280 South to CA-82 exit
- Merge onto East Virginia Street
- Turn right at S. 1st Street
- Continue onto South Market Street (stay left at fork)
- Convention center parking will be on your left
101 Northbound: From Monterey, Gilroy, Morgan Hill
- 101 North to 280 North exit
- Take 280 North to the 7th Street exit towards CA-82
- Merge onto Margaret Way
- Turn left at E Reed Street
- Turn right at S 1st Street/S Market Street (stay left at fork)

San Jose Convention Center — South Hall | Back to Top
South Hall, the San Jose Convention & Cultural Facilities’ new venue, expands San Jose’s meeting and exhibit space from 143,000 to 223,000 square feet. South Hall, an 80,000-square-foot structure located directly adjacent to the convention center, opens the door to new business opportunities, enabling San Jose to accommodate larger conventions or several meetings simultaneously.
